When we decided to sell, we considered 2 things, independent from each other.
1) Reputation. Sue had a strong reputation and living in Commerce you could tell she knows how to move a house.
2) Reliability, Authenticity, and Accessibility. Selling a house can be stressful, but Sue and her team were knowledgable and thoughtful throughout the whole process. We can tell when someone is going through the motions with money as the sole motivator and this was not the case. On top of which, every time we called or text, she picked up or responded. We would and will recommend Sue to whomever we know selling in Michigan.
